Our Mission

The Glenbard West Boosters enrich the student experience by funding opportunities that support academics, activities, and athletics. Through grants, scholarships, events, and volunteer engagement, we help ensure that every student has access to programs that strengthen the Glenbard West tradition of excellence.

What We Do

Each year, Boosters raises funds that are reinvested directly into Glenbard West. Over the past several years, the organization has awarded more than $140,000 annually in grants, with funding distributed across academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities. Boosters also provides scholarships to graduating seniors.

Supporting the West Experience

Boosters sponsors and supports many of the traditions that make Glenbard West special, including:

  • Homecoming activities and celebrations
  • The annual adult fundraiser
  • Spirit wear and gear sales
  • Pack the Place community events
  • Volunteer opportunities throughout the year

When many people hear "Boosters," they naturally think of athletics. While Glenbard West Boosters is proud to support our athletic programs, the numbers tell a much bigger story.

Each year, Boosters invests more than $140,000 back into Glenbard West through grants and scholarships. What makes our organization unique is our commitment to supporting the entire student experience. Grant funding is intentionally distributed across Academics, Athletics, and Activities, ensuring that students from every corner of our school benefit from community support.

In 2025-26, grant funding was nearly evenly divided:
