VOLUNTEER COMMITTEES

Boosters uses volunteers to fulfill leadership positions that make Boosters run throughout the year.  An Executive Board and Leadership of various functions with Boosters are elected each year by the members.  As a member of Boosters, you have the opportunity to help or lead a function.  Some examples are:​

• Homecoming – A team of volunteers leads the efforts to support the Glenbard West Student Council to bring Homecoming weekend to life – sub-groups manage the pancake breakfast, Homecoming dance, and the parade

• Gear – Volunteers are needed to not only sell gear at our gear sales, but also to coordinate the design, purchase, and inventory of the gear throughout the year

• Parent Fundraiser – A small team of volunteers plan a fundraising evening for adult members of the Glenbard West community

• Sports Programs – Volunteers sell programs at home football games

• Social Media – A team leads the efforts to capture all things Glenbard West and Boosters and make posts on multiple social platforms for all to see

• Pack the Place – Coordinate the day’s events with the Athletic Department
